Refund Policy

If the customer requests a refund before we begin work on your content requests, we will offer a 100% refund (transaction charges will be deducted). You may ask for a refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase, however these cases will be dealt with individually. Lack of use or forgetting to cancel does not qualify an individual for a refund. It is the customers responsibility to cancel subscriptions.

Cancellations

Customers are able to cancel their account for a 100% refund if work has not begun. Once topics have been submitted for writing, the customer can cancel, but will not be issued a 100% refund. These situations will be dealt with on an individual basis at the discretion of Blog Supply Co. .

Blog Supply Co.  charges a recurring monthly fee to use our service. Customers who wish to cancel their service within 24 hours of a new monthly charge will be able to request a refund for their last charge pending that they do not have any current submissions or writing being completed. It is the customers responsibility to cancel subscriptions.
